FCCVI Membership List |
|
There is currently some controversy about the membership of the FCCVI. PhilAus.com has been contacted by a few of the member organisations of FCCVI who supplied us with what they claimed to be a final list published after the closure of membership applications in September 2005. These members were alarmed to see an additional 61 members added when they attended a subsequent FCCVI meeting. An additional 61 members would change the balance of power withing the FCCVI and with significant resources at stake including substantial grants of tax payers money they expressed their concern to the FCCVI but feel their concerns have not been addressed. The Pinoy TV show on Chan 31 has covered the story in three screenings including offering a right of reply to the current administration of FCCVI which they did not use. Much of the concern stems from the fact that no one among the concerned FCCVI members has heard of the vast majority of the new clubs and organisations despite being very active members of the Filipino community in Victoria. There has been no response from the FCCVI administration to requests from its own members for further details including basic contact information on these new members. PhilAus.com would like to help resolve this problem by providing an opportunity for any of those new Clubs or Organisations to contact us and confirm their existence and at the same time take advantage of our Free listing and even FREE webhosting. Here are the two lists both produced by the FCCVI. |
