I want to bring my niece from the Philippines to Australia. I have a friend who is interested in dating her. He owns his own business and said he would give her a job filing papers and doing inventory if that would qualify her to get a work visa then we were wandering how hard is it to get a work visa, and then once she gets a work visa can she then later change to a different job. She is 21 years old. She also studying to be a teacher. Could she get a student visa to go to school here in Ballarat? Also I cant legally prove Im her aunt because I was born in America and put up for adoption when I was 6. Will I have to get proof that I am her biological Aunt? She would really like to work here to help her family. She would live with me and if her and my friend do connect then they may get married but I dont want to rush anything.
