<description>My name is Maria. I want to bring my niece from the Philippines to Australia. I have a friend who is interested in dating her. He owns his own business and said he would give her a job filing papers and doing inventory if that would qualify her to get a work visa then we were wandering how hard is it to get a work visa, and then once she gets a work visa can she then later change to a different job. She is 21 years old. She also studying to be a teacher. Could she get a student visa to go to school here in Ballarat? Also I cant legally prove Im her
aunt because I was born in America and put up for adoption when I was 6. Will I have to get proof that I am her biological Aunt? She would really like to work here to help her family. She would live with me and if her and my friend do connect then they may get married but I dont want to rush anything. What is the best option to do? Thank You so Much,

<description>Hello ,can you please tell me the best way of getting married to a Filipino,is it best to marry there or here,or can you tell me where to get advise please.I’m a pensioner and already video chat for 2 months every day to a lady.
THANK YOU
In advance
Bob

Robert,

I’m a Registered Migration Agent, and my company specialises in fiancé and spouse visas from the Philippines.

You can get married in the Philippines or here. It’s really up to you. A marriage in the Philippines is often seen as fairly special by the ladies, but it also means a lot to organise often in a short time. The Regulations state that you should have met each other in person. That applies even if you wish to marry her here in Australia. (And forget about trying to get a visitor visa for a Philippines citizen, as you’ll see in my next post).

If you have difficulty in travelling (or with any visa application), please feel free to contact our office? I’m sure we can help you. Our website is www.downundervisa.com.au

<description>Ben, the best place to meet FIlipinas is in the Philippines. If you look to the right of the screen you will see the eBooks I sell which have all the information you need. There is also a vast amount of FREE information at www.streetwisephilippines.biz you can access. Do be careful with some of the penpal and online chatcam sites. Many of these are abused by scammers and that pretty FIlipina in the photo might turn out to be a bloke running a criminal ring. Do be very careful and forewarned is forearmed,

Will, there are several groups out west where I live in Blacktown that have instruction and chat. I will hunt them down and include their listings here. You can find them via the Filipino newspapers sold in the Asian food stores also.

Cherie, I hope you have some luck via this site. I had the pleasure of hosting Tino at my Filipino Martial Arts school in Surry Hills some years ago. All of my students agreed he was the epitomy of the Filipino friend... fun, funny and far better a friend than a foe! Please say Kumusta Ka Po to him for me.

Cheers Perry</description>

<description>Hi, kumusta kayo? My name is Will Robinson, and I&#039;m learning Philippino before moving there late next year to work - I&#039;m wondering if you have any advice on Philippine organisations in Canberra or Sydney which I might be able to join for a little language practice?

Kind regards,
Will Robinson
